Our commitment to innovation is a clear and distinctive seal of quality for the company. With our own resources, we have implemented improvements in the management processes through in-house IT tool development to cover different aspects:
- Database management of energy supply and hiring.
- Optimization service management for hiring and savings verification.
We are also developing a very powerful tool that allows results simulations before changing any variable that has an effect on consumption (tariff, power, etc.), which will allow us to know in advance what is going to happen in terms of energy consumption, cost or both, inputting the variables that we believe are going to change and knowing a priori what will be the result with an deviation of between 0.7 % and 3 %.
This tool is very necessary for ESCO/ESE projects, since it will anticipate results, bringing informed knowledge to the table before taking the decision to invest or modify facilities. Moreover, it will be useful to calculate deviations and verify savings achieved.
Applications
Sernoven-CONTRACT
Contract is a contract management software linked to sales force teams. It is totally geared towards assisting registry, quality control, follow-up, verification, incident management, helpdesk, assistance management and treasury workflow.
It is complemented with a module for generating reports and statistics using multiple criteria.
Sernoven-VORE
Verification of energy performance optimization.
An application for managing electrical supply hiring, specially designed to manage companies with multiple points of supply. It allows invoices to be automatically verified, analyse costs, aid in continual improvement and optimization of costs, and track savings obtained in each invoicing cycle associated to improvements in energetic variables.
It is designed to be able to manage the electrical consumption for any type of tariff and generate highly detailed and personalized reports. It allows us to aid our clients that hire the SAEP by permanently advising them on their energy usage, and at the same time it can help any company that, internally or externally, carries out this activity in order to optimize costs and be able to prove the aforementioned optimization.
